Samaveda is the Veda of melodies and chants. As melodious chants fascinate everybody in the same way conduct of Samaveda house fascinates everyone’s attention.

Samaveda house is the one of the fire house of our school 'Sainik School Mainpuri'. Our house has been genial and familiar with other houses. In our house, everybody lives with harmony and self respect. House spirit among cadets is from their deep heart not for sake of pomposity. This was proven during competitions taking place periodically. Cadets of our house have participated in all activities with remarkable enthusiasm and maintain their hegemony among their houses.

The session 2022-23 had been sensational session in which many remarkable achievements were accomplished under the guidance of house master Mr Sunil Pathak ( T.G.T. social science) and Co- house master Saurabh Awasthi ( T.G.T. Sanskrit ) Cadets have been self disciplined and never do gas lightning to others , if they achieve the first rank in any of the competition , they are satisfied with their conduct and stand fulfilled with dignity following the ideal phrase of our house.

Samaveda house has done the remarkable job in the field of Sports, Academics and co-curricular activities.

In ACADEMICS – In the session 2022-23, cadets have shown their best performances in the field of studies. Most of them have achieved the higher Ranks in their respective classes. Most of them achieved more than 90% of marks.

In SPORTS – In this field, we have been best in best in Basketball, Football and Volleyball as well. All the Basketball competition conducted till date are won by Samaveda House with huge margin.

We have been the Runner-up in the football competition which took place on sports day on 29th August. Our house have led the basketball and Volleyball team of our school in zonal games held in School SchoolNagrota. The best Basketball player title was presented to Cdt. Aditya Kumar of Samaveda house by Maj Gen Alok Kacker. In athletes as well we have been gold medalist in the 4x100m. relay race.

In CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES – In CCA, We have been 3rd in quiz competition and 1st in Hindi Debate competition and most of the time, we have been 2nd and 3rd runner up. We have laudable role in the activities , competitions and functions organised in the school and we work on ourselves recklessly for making ourselves better then what we were yesterday. We are lucky that we are member of Samaveda. Now also we try to improve ourselves to be the best.
